We take responsibility for the Project Management, Quality Control and Configuration Management on our scope of the project. Design reviews are built into this process – both internal design reviews as well as formal design reviews with the client. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before installation on site is the most important and final design review. Preferably all control System FAT's are performed against a plant simulation which runs in the background. |
